Tiffeny Wade Kombate

God blessed the world with Tiffeny Wade Kombate on March 25, 1986, in Thomasville, Georgia, born to Michael Wade Sr. and Dyane DeLoach. From her earliest days, Tiffeny was vivacious, spirited, and filled with a light that hinted at the extraordinary woman she would one day become. She grew up loving deeply, learning eagerly, and leading with grace and excellence. At a young age, Tiffeny accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior, a choice that shaped her path and guided her every step. Her faith remained her foundation, and she served the Lord with steadfast devotion throughout her earthly journey. Tiffeny made her family proud as a National Honor Student and graduated from Thomas County Central High School in 2004. In 2009, she fulfilled her dream of becoming a Registered Nurse after graduating from Darton College of Health Professionals in Albany, GA, beginning a career that would touch lives near and far. She later earned her Bachelor’s degree from Grand Canyon University, further strengthening her devotion to excellence in healthcare. Tiffeny loved to travel, and her nursing career beautifully aligned with that passion. As a travel nurse, she cared for communities across the nation from Hawaii to New York, and countless places in between each one left brighter because she had been there. Whether across the country or around the world, she formed meaningful and lasting friendships everywhere she went. Her radiant smile, gentle spirit, and comforting presence lingered long after she moved on to her next assignment. Always striving to grow and serve others, Tiffeny earned her Master’s degree as a Family Practice Nurse Practi- tioner from South University in Savannah, Georgia. During the COVID pandemic, her courage and com- passion led her to New York, where she served as an essential worker and played a vital role in opening and managing a COVID unit for severely ill patients. She later continued her calling by completing a Post-Master Certificate in Psychology from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida. Achieving Dual Board Certification as both a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner became one of her greatest professional joys. Her family, friends, and community celebrated her determination and shared deeply in her pride. As a Dual Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Tiffeny poured her heart into caring for others. Her compassion, empathy, and skill touched countless lives. Patients, colleagues, and friends knew her as someone who led with wisdom, kindness, and immense warmth. She embraced challenges as opportunities to grow, refine her gifts, and uplift everyone around her. Outside of her profession, Tiffeny embraced life with joy, curiosity, and a contagious enthusiasm. She delighted in traveling, cooking, painting, sharing meals, and spending precious time with her loved ones. Her greatest blessing and the role she cherished most was being a mother. Becoming a mother filled her with immeasurable love and purpose, and she treasured every moment with her daughter. Tiffeny’s vibrant spirit and generous heart left a lasting imprint on everyone fortunate enough to know her. Tiffeny is survived by her devoted husband, Patrick L. Kombate; her beloved daughter, Zuri Kombate; and she remains a cherished bonus mother to three additional children. She also leaves behind her loving mother, Dyane DeLoach; father, Michael Wade Sr. (Adriean); Darren Copeland (Jackie); her sister, Courtney Wade; her brothers, Michael Wade Jr. and Drew Wade; as well as a wide and deeply connected circle of blended siblings and family. Tiffeny shared a beautiful bond with her sister-friends, whose unwavering love and support uplifted her throughout her life and earthly journey. Tiffeny’s legacy of love, faith, service, and joy will forever live on in the countless hearts she touched. Though she has departed this earthly life, her light continues to shine gently, beautifully, and endlessly through every soul she blessed. Her spirit and legacy will live on most profoundly through her daughter, Zuri Kombate. John 14:27: “Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.”
