Elder Sir Henry Pearson

Dr. Sir Henry Pearson was born in South Bay, Florida, in 1946 to Wordell and Missouriean A. Pearson. He studied at Oakwood Academy and College and the University of Massachusetts. After serving as a Combat Medical Specialist in Viet Nam, he worked as a Medical Technologist specializing in Histology. He did research for Bristol Laboratories and operated a Consulting Dermatopathology Laboratory in Boston, MA, for two teaching Dermatologists. His interest shifted to a natural approach to healing. After meeting the love of his life, Richette, they endeavored in studies that led to his Doctorate of Naturopathy. Together, they have completed Clayton's School of Natural Healing, the Austral- Asian Master of Herbology course, Dr John Christopher's Herbal Studies, and a Doctorate of Naturopathy Degree from Shelborne University. For the past 35 years, Dr. Sir Henry Pearson and Richette, have dedicated their lives to sharing the message of Christ through the promotion of healthy living practices. Sir Henry cherished family fun! He took every opportunity to pour God's love into each member's life. He is survived by his loving Wife of 35 years, Richette; his Five Children, Paula (Jon), Tasha, Angelo II (Jody), Takoa, and Malcolm; his Brother Alfred Pearson (AJ, Tracy); Sister-in-law Mildred Pearson (LaMar & Ileana; Megan, Michelle; Greyson); Five Sisters, Ernestine Hauer, Delores Sloan, Margret Kemp, Chrisler Whaley-Pitts, and Adrienne L. Adams; Brother-in-law, Martin Caesar (Karen), his Five Grandchildren, Andrew, Jaelyn, Makenzie, Jackson, and Auria; and Three Great-grandchildren, Aubrielle, Hallie, ad Chloe; and a host of nieces, nephews (Nicholas, Lindsey) cousins, and friends. Sir Henry's faith and love for Gods was evident to all who met him. He was always ready to joyfully share all the great things God had done for him! He passionately served God as First Elder of Mt. Olive Seventh-Day Adventist Church for 30 years. God worked through him as he served as Head Deacon of Master Guide, Sabbath School Teacher Personal Ministries Director, Church Photographer, Prison Minister Leader, Community Service Worker, Adventist Youth Leader, Church Board, Finance Committee, Men's Ministries, and whatever else needed. Sir Henry felt overjoyed when he was out on the waters fishing with great friends. He cherished harvesting and savoring homegrown Florida mangos. He was an avid supporter of the Miami Dolphins and Golden State Warriors and was always rooting for their success. Dr. Sir Henry Pearson was given eternal rest by His loving Father, on January 20, 2024, at Advent Health in Orlando, Florida. He was 77 years young. We believe God to say, "Well done, My good and faithful servant". Sir Henry will always be remembered for his unwavering faith in God and his response to challenging situations with the reassuring words, "All is well". He was known for his compassionate ear, always willing to hear the stories of those experiencing pain and suffering. Sir Henry was a recipients of God's healing himself and continued to receive God's healing daily. He firmly believed that his God was powerful enough to solve any problem and cure any illness. We could not have asked for a better husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, sibling, uncle, and friend. We will always cherish the memory of him saying, "All is well."
