A Time to be Born Zella Mae Williams-Milsap was born on June 7, 1949 in Millen, Georgia, to Wilbur and Lena Williams. A Time of Education and Service Zella Mae was baptized at an early age; she was a faithful member of Greater St. Mary Missionary Baptist Church. She attended Eustis Vocational High School. She worked over 35 years at the Lake County School Board. A Time to Depart On Monday, February 7, 2022, the Lord peacefully called Zella Mae from labor to reward. She was preceded in death by her parents: Wilbur and Lena Williams; siblings, Paul Williams, Claudia Young, Betty Reynolds, Lena Burger and Daisy Harris.
