    Steven Winfred Tillman

    July 26, 1956 - March 25, 2022

    Steven Winfred Tillman was born on July 26, 1956 in Winter Garden, Florida to Murtis and Willie Tillman. He attended the Orange County Public Schools. He graduated from Lakeview High School on June 7, 1974. He proudly served in the United States Navy from 1974 until 1977. After Military, he again returned to school; attending Mid-Florida Technical Institute where he received a Paint and Body Award in 1980. He was an entrepreneur and the proud owner and operator of “”SteveBrute” Trucking. He was united in holy matrimony to his loving and devoted wife Jennifer on June 19, 1998. They enjoyed many wonderful years together. He was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather. God blessed them with much love, joy and laughter throughout the years. He joined and attended Zion Hill Missionary Baptist Church. He enjoyed worshipping and praising God. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, traveling, grilling, fishing, laughing and joking around. He had a joyful, caring and kind spirit. On March 25, 2022, Steve was called home to be with the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He was preceded in death by his loving parents, Murtis and Willie Tillman. Steve is loved by his family and friends. He leaves precious memories to be cherished by his loving and devoted wife, Jennifer Tillman; children: Rashad Tillman, Darnell Tillman, Shanlando McGhee (Derrick), Lakeshia Stephens, Lucretia Lewis (Ricardo), all of Orlando, Florida and Montoyia Tillman and Contoya Tillman both of Quincy, Florida; brothers, Willie E. Tillman (Earline) and Theodore Tillman, all of Orlando, Florida; grandchildren: Terrill Golding, Izayah Tillman, Jahaqez McGhee, Elijah McGhee, Dominic Tillman, Kori Williams, Leandre McGhee, Keshari Williams, Jareveon Tillman, Shanyiah McGhee, Sharyiah Tillman, Rashad Tillman, Jr., Keyshonni Stephens, Shalyiah McGhee, Jar’shela Peterson, Shakira Tillman, and Fabian Foga, Jr., all of Orlando, Florida and Zion Peterson of Quincy, Florida; great grandchild: Mar’Kenzie Tillman of Quincy, Florida; mother and father-in-law: Ella and Julice Miller, Sr. of Orlando, Florida; sisters and brothers-in-law: Willie Miller (Candice) of Bainbridge, Georgia, Ella Dawson (Greg), Queen McCoy (Jerrel), Sandra Jackson (Keith), Vickie King, Cindy North, Lisa Morales (Elmy), Julice Miller, Jr. (KeyVion), all of Orlando, Florida; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and sorrowing friends who will all cherish his memory.
