Brenton DeMarcus Bolden
February 23, 1988 - April 4, 2022
Brenton DeMarcus Bolden was born February 23, 1988 in Orlando, Florida, to parents, Lawrence Bing and Judy Bolden. He grew up in Orlando and attended both, Evans and Jones High Schools. Brenton loved to work outside and chose landscaping as his trade. With Brenton, the sun would shine even when it rained. When he smiled, he changed the entire atmosphere. Humble, helpful and handsome is what I will always remember, while smiling through the pain. The love he shared with me for 34 years, brings so many tears. He introduced me to Jesus Christ at the age of 5. I know this may sound strange, but it happened. Brenton was a member of Hart Temple in Deland, Florida under the leadership of Bishop Norris Brinson. He was very peculiar when it came to believing in God. Brenton’s favorite scripture was, John 3:16 - For God so loved the world that he gave his is only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” Although it is painful to lose a child, I can hear him say, “it’s all a part of God’s plan”, as he has said so many times before. I can see Brenton now wiping away my tears and saying, “don’t cry mommy, it’s going to be ok.” I have heard from so many people, take it day by day. This ache I feel in my heart will never go away. They say time will heal the pain, I wish it would remain. I never want to forget what I felt this day. The memories of a son that cherished me until the end. Although the pain maybe great, I find solace. No matter what it looks like, I still believe God is able to comfort. He left behind another part of him that begins a new chapter of his undying love. Thank you Brenton for leaving me this very special gift (a granddaughter) waiting to arrive, that I will cherish for the rest of my life. On April 4, 2022 Brenton left this earthly body to enter into his eternal rest. He will be missed by all that knew him; but most of all by me, his loving mother Judy, who cherished him until the end. Preceded in death by: Father, Lawrence Bing; Grandparents: Bill Bolden, Mildred Bolden, Johnnie Lawrence Bing, and Lillian Bing Williams; Brother, Dominic Bolden; Aunt, Mary Hunt; and Uncle James Bolden.
