Betty A. Chappell

For everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: Ecclesiastes 3:1 A time to be born: October 4, 1940 to the late Joseph J. Anderson and Mabel T. Anderson in Eustis, Florida A time to be raised: By her grandparents the late Paul and Elizabeth Anderson. A time for Education: She graduated from Eustis Vocational High School in 1958 and Mid Florida Tech in 1978. A time for Love and Marriage: She met and fell in love with Leonard Chappell. They were married June 29, 1959. To this union were Four Children. One died at birth. She also raised a cousin as a daughter. She also helped raise her grandchildren and great grandchildren. A time to be born again: She accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior under the leadership of the late Rev. T.C. Callahan. She served faithfully at the church until her health failed her. A time to work: She was employed by Mercury Marine, Bakers Florist and Osceola County Clerk of Circuit Court. She was preceded in death by her husband: Leonard Chappell, Sr. Her Parents: Joseph and Mabel Anderson. Her grandparents: Paul and Elizabeth Anderson. Her Daughter: Rhonda Chappell Pope and her godson Regeus Branson. She leaves to cherish her memories, a family she dearly loved. Children: Leonard Chappell, Jr., Taryn Hicks (Terry), Windelle Wilkerson (Derek). Grandchildren: Marlon Chappell, Sr., Nicole Chappell, Shana Chappell, Shane Hicks, Sr. (Regina), Samone Hicks, Kashawn Brown-Hazley (Alvin), Juanye Feuntes, Darius McMillan, Gregory Pope, Terry Hicks, Jr., Fernando Joiner, Odysseus Hightower, Sr., Dijimon Charles, Xavier Smith. Great- Granchilden: Jaquez Frames, Kaijah Cox, Marlon Chappell, Jr. Christian Taylor, Shaniyah Hicks, Rajae McGee, Shane Hicks, Jr., Shaniece Hicks, Cadence Stoudimire, Shamar Hicks, Zariyah Brown, Shaelyn Hicks, Tajah Pope, Kamayah Joiner, Kwamaine Brown, Zechariah Burke, Marshawn Chappell, Bryson Hicks, Za'Kai Hicks, Asher Hicks, Za'Maya Hicks, Zayden Hicks, Amoi Haley, Zyland Rose, Jasir Banton. Sister: Revella Perez (William). Aunts: Evelyn Abbott and Elnita Mainess. Sister In Law: Louise Chappell. Special Nieces: Alousa Chappell (Barry), Rinda Chappel Dumas (Marvin). Devoted Friends: Linda Lewis, Dr. Sandra Tynes, Vernice Cason, and Peggy Rivers. Special Cousin/Sister: Paula King. Special Cousin/ Brother: Louis Pinellas (Anne). Extended Family: The Pinella Family. As Brother: Pastor Harold Stallworth, Sr. (Letha), Tommy Flowers (Dorris). As Daughters: Katrina Taylor and Rhunette Waters. As a Grandson: Desmond Butler.
