July 17, 1956 - August 27, 2021
God thankfully created Mr. Avonia Lee McClain Sr. where he broke the way for him to be born to Mr. Ezekiel McClain and Deloris Butler on July 15, 1956 in Orlando, Florida. Avonia Lee McClain attended Jones High School and graduated with his "Class of 1974" in Orlando, Florida. He played Football in high school therefore his second hobby was watching the NFL playoffs. His favorite hobby was playing cards where he was a master at poker. He was a jealous man and would not allow anyone to get close to his beloved wife Mrs. Linda McClain, whom he loved unconditional since the day they met in October 1984. He was a pianist and he loved to sing to his wife, dance and cook for her, along with other household chores but he never complained. He enjoyed traveling and going out to eat, walking in the park and family gathering. He was the proudest father of his children because they were masters at what they did. They did not allow others to influence them. To him they were his "Champions". Before he became terminally ill he was a professional cook at a variety of prestige's restaurants. Throughout the course of time he finally met the love of his life. From the first day he met her he knew she would be his wife and spoke it out into the atmosphere. He claimed it and solidified it with a vow to God that he will not allow no one to interfere in his love for her until death do them part. Avonia Lee McClain Sr. made his last noble and respectfully gesture on August 27, 2021 @ 8:05pm. Signing off on life with God peace in his heart, unconditional love in his heart for his wife, and patience with family and friends and no regrets for living his life. He leaves with family and friends a quote: "Living in Gratitude" by Og Mandino. Count your blessings. Once you realize how valuable you are how much you have going for you the sun will break out. The music will play and you will finally be able to move forward with the life that God intended for you. With grace, strength, courage, and confidence. This is the day that the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it. Proverb 118:24. Avonia was preceded in death by his father, Mr. Ezekiel McClain.
