A Time To Serve - Winfred was a faithful member of Wednesday’s Noonday Bible Study, a member of the Male Chorus, and The Brotherhood Ministry. A Time To Labor - He spent the majority of his adult life in sales management in the automotive industry, and has many distinguishing awards that reflect his accomplishments. After a brief retirement, he returned to service for the City of Orlando as a “Gate Keeper.” A Time To Rejoice - His favorite song was “In Times Like These,” and his favorite passage of scripture was Joshua 24:15. A Time To Rest - October 26, 2014 A Time To Mourn - He was preceded in death by his father and mother: Whitfield and Annie Greggs-Barrington Sr.; sister: Alice Antonette; brother: Mancer Louis Barrington Sr.; and a son: Kevin Sanders. He is survived by his faithful and dedicated wife, Brenda; daughters: Terri Barrington and Tiffany Harmon of Orlando, FL; son: Winfred N. (Cindy) Barrington Jr. of Orlando, FL; step-daughters: Laronda (Elder Ronnie) Strickland, Candyce Cumbess, Shannon Robinson and Sheena Robinson all of Lakeland, FL; sisters: Dorothy (Elder Daniel) Stewart, Sarah Barrington and Saundra Johnson all of Orlando, FL; Valorye (Deacon Ernest) Flowers of Montgomery, AL; brothers: Chester Barrington, Deacon Whitfield (Virginia) Barrington, Robert (Mary) Barrington and Edward Eady all of Orlando, FL; aunts: Mildred Davis of Orlando, FL; and Anna Pinellas of Kissimmee, FL; special niece: LaBarbara Dhaliwal of Martinez, CA; best friends: Tommy Flowers and Dwight Pinellas both of Kissimmee, FL; 13 grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and a loving Cocker Spaniel, Mistee.
