Deacon Ted Vincent Bouler

Ted Vincent Bouler was born on January 25, 1957, to the late Remell Collier and Ernest Bouler. On Sunday, March 8, 2026, he peacefully departed this life, leaving behind a legacy of faith, love, and devotion to family. Ted was a lifelong member of Trinity Missionary Baptist Church in Oakland, Florida, where he served faithfully since his youth. Over the years he served as a Deacon and Sunday School Superintendent, and in recent years he allowed the Lord to use him to preach the Word of God. He graduated from West Orange High School in 1977 and spent his career working in the nursery and plant industry. Ted was also a faithful member and Past Master of Mount Hermon Masonic Lodge No. 45 of Oakland, Florida. Family meant everything to Ted. He shared more than 50 years of life with his devoted wife, Josephine Haynes Bouler. Through their union they were blessed with three children: Luterria Haynes, Terrence Haynes, and Ted Bouler Jr., all of Winter Garden, Florida. He was a proud grandfather to six grandchildren: Kiyah, Bryjaun, Bryana, Teryn, Taj, and Tru, who lovingly called him "PawPaw. " Ted deeply loved his family and cherished attending family reunions, especially gathering to discuss family history and ancestry. Within his family he was respected and loved as a patriarch whose presence, wisdom, and unconditional love guided generations. His love for his family, church, and community will never be forgotten. Ted leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife, children, grandchildren, siblings, extended family, and many dear friends. Among those surviving are his mother in law Susie (Sam) Marshall; sisters Cheryl Postell of Edison, Georgia; Cynthia (George) Holmes, Polly Bouler, Vo Anderson, and Tywana Spratt, all of Oakland, Florida; and Danita (Darryl) Matthews of Jacksonville, Florida; and his brother Leonard Bouler (Shelia) of Huntsville, Alabama; In Laws Lavern (Slim) Givens, Mary (Joesph) Smith,of Winter Garden, Florida, Annie (Melvin) Hemingway of Myrtle Beach, SC, Bruce Haynes, Vick Haynes and Robert Jones of Rochester, NY. He was preceded in death by his brothers Norman Bouler, Ernest Ray Bouler, Darrell Bouler, and James Collier, father in law Robert Haynes, In Laws Alphonzo Bill Haynes and Eva Jean Marshall. He also shared special lifelong friendships with Warren "Coot" Taylor, Gary "Squirrel" Johnson, EJ "Fatman" Bennett, and Barry McBride. He was also a devoted godfather to Atarah Clark. Ted will be remembered as a man of faith, integrity, and compassion. One of his favorite songs was "He's Done Enough, "reminding us that God has already done so much that even if He never does anything else, He has done enough.
