Patricia Ann Baker Casey

Patricia Ann Baker Casey was born December 9, 1953 to Reverend Remer Baker, Sr. and Sylvan Brown-Baker in Kissimmee, Florida. She was the 4th child of 10 children (five girls and five boys). Ann attended public school in Osceola County and Mid-Florida Tech in Orlando, Florida. Patricia dated and Married Eugene Casey in August of 1975 and remained together for thirty-nine years until the Lord called her home. She received Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior at a young age at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Reverend James Neugin, Sr. Later she moved her membership to Friendship Missionary Baptist Church of Dundee, Florida under the leadership of Reverend Remer Baker, Sr. She followed the leadership of her father on to St. Luke Narcoossee and at her time of demise, she was serving under the Pastoral Leadership of her brother, Reverend Remer Baker, Jr. Patricia Ann was a loving and caring person that was a joy to be around. She always put others before herself, and was a very cheerful giver as long as she had. She was a devoted, wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, as well as friend. She left a mark on many people surrounded by her. Patricia Ann’s employment history began as a child care provider for several area day cares. She worked at Quaker Oats, Morrison’s Cafeteria and Lockheed Martin. She was a faithful and well loved employee. On March 17, 2014, God sent His angels down to carry His loving daughter on home to His heavenly kingdom. Patricia Ann was preceded in death by her loving parents, Reverend Remer and Sylvan Baker, sister, Jonah Baker, stepsons, Eugene Casey, Jr. and William Casey. She leaves to celebrate her life: husband, Eugene Casey, Sr.; sons, Cortez Edwards, Sr., Calvin Edwards, Sr., and Martain Grant; step daughter, Frances Nelson of New Jersey; grandkids, Passion Edwards, Torrance McMillon, DeVontae Dobson, Vanessa Brodie, Cortisa Edwards, Nikevia Dobson, Cortez Edwards, Jr., and Calvin Edwards, Jr.; sisters, Joyce Baker, Lillie Baker Johns, Ruth Baker, and Naomi Baker; sister-in-law, Lula McGee, all of Kissimmee, Florida; brothers, Reverend Remer Baker. Jr. (Barbara), Charles Baker, Theodore Baker (Marnita), King S. Baker, Sr., (Demetra), Everette Baker and Rondell Collins; godson, Eddie Fullwood (Michi); very devoted friends, Wisdom Edwards, Jr. and Annette Edwards; a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and sorrowing friends.
