With heavy hearts and enduring love, we remember the bright and beautiful life of Kareem D. Hunter, who left us far too soon. Kareem was a vibrant soul---full of laughter, creativity and compassion. Born in Kissimmee Florida, raised in St. Cloud Florida he quickly FIEN made an unforgettable impact on everyone lucky enough to know him. Whether it was through a kind word, a big idea, or a spontaneous adventure, Kareem brought light into every room he stepped foot in. His signature smile, unique personality and the kind of laugh that made you forget your problems. Born on 01/06/1987 Kareem was a true original----Bold, brilliant, and unapologetically himself. A true Capricorn---The G.O.A.T. He dreamed big, loved hard, and gave his whole self to the people around him. And let's be real--he could roast you one second and hug you the next. Karem departed this life on Tuesday, May 20th, 2025, in Kyle, Tx. He leaves to cherish his memory: his parents, Eva Mae Hunter (Howard) and Lloyd Holden; four brothers James Simmons, Quintin Walls, Zachary Brown, Daniel Holden; four sisters Lakiesha Hunter, Yvette Hunter, Kiara Holden, Shelly Hancock; three aunts Earline George, Gwendolyn Brown, Marilyn Holden; adoptive family Tammy Alexander (Joseph, sisters Latimore & Chenise Calhoun (Antoine), brothers Trent George & David Calhoun, nieces; Felicia Hope, Brooke Hancock, Latoria Hunter, Nya Davis, Taquira Davis; nephews Kwame Smith, Terry Freeman, Joseph Reed, Katavion Scott; Best Friend Desmond Freeman, godson Kanye Wright; and a host of great nieces, cousins a n d friends. A graduate of Florida Career College Kareem enjoyed the art of mastering Cosmetology. inspiring As well as content creating, singing, traveling, dancing, styling/fashion, others, a true jack of all trades and most importantly his spiritual connection to G o d . His most recent endeavors involved helping families create generational wealth as a licensed insurance agent for Primerica.
