Jymel D. Smith

In loving memory of Jymel Dejuan Smith, a beacon of light and love who graced this world from September 8 or 9, 1975, to August 23, 2024. Throughout his life, Jymel was a dedicated entrepreneur. If there was money to be made, he knew how to make it. He was a natural-born hustler. He had a passion for cars and street racing. He named his first racing car after his grandmother whom he loved so dearly “RUTH”. Jymel was the most caring, giving, and loving person, earning the name “REAL”. In his special words, “EVERYBODY’S FAVORITE”. Jymel was very cheerful and full of passion. His warm way of life was our light in the dark. He never stopped smiling, even in the hardest moments, and never refused to help others. His love for things on the go drove him into the trucking industry, where he had a successful trucking career. He was a mentor for many in the trucking industry. He was always excited to show new truckers the way, especially the ones from his hometown Winter Garden. He wanted to show them a better way of life. Jymel was the life of the party, the jokester. He loved to entertain and cook for his family and friends. Jymel had a love for expensive cologne and loved to show off his collection. Let’s not forget about the love he had for the Miami Dolphins. As we bid farewell to Jymel, we take this comfort in knowing that his spirit will live on in the hearts of those he touched. His legacy and compassion will continue to inspire us all. Jymel made his transition on August 23, 2024 to reunite with his grandmother Ruth Riley and grandfather, Andrew Hayes. Jymel leaves to celebrate and cherish his memories his Loving Parents: Mother, Jocelyn Hayes Smith (Gregory); Father, Albert Smith, Jr. (Gloria); Two beloved Sons: Jymel Smith Jr. and Xzavier Smith; Three Brothers: Jirun Smith, Jonathan Smith, and Michael Smith; Seven Sisters: Lasheena Smith Evans, Chianti Smith, Brandy Frank, Elizabeth Miller, Tierra Smith, Keayonna Smith, and Briaonna Smith; Two Aunts: Juliet Johnson and Margaret Edwards Bess; Two Uncles: Perry Taylor and Terrance Taylor; Five Nieces: BraJon Durgin, Korian McCree, Forever Worthington, Audrell Miller, and Maliya Tisby; Five Nephews: Paris Evans, Malcom Evans, Elijah Orteig, Tyler Douglas II, Alexander King Jr, Kayden Kennedy, and Gabriel Kennedy; Special Cousins: Nikiis Doherty, Nikole Harrell, Chris Scott, Andre Gregory, and Ryan Maines. Jymel also leaves a host of other loving relatives and friends
