He attended Osceola Public Schools and graduated from in the Osceola High School Class of 2010. Jarell loved his family and had faith in God. He has been a member of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church all of his life. Whenever you saw Jarell, the first thing you’d see was his contagious smile. On any given day, he would be laughing, singing, dancing. He loved to go fishing and always get his fishing time in no matter what. He also loved to try new things to cook and experience eating different foods. Jarell was an outstanding father to his beautiful children, (Alina, 7 years old and Javari, 3months old), and a very special friend to their mother, Ashli. He had a smile that would light up the faces of his children and her. Jarell was a dedicated employee was employed with the City of Kissimmee from 2018 until his passing. Jarell was preceded in death by his Father, James Morris Emanuel, Sr.; Grandmother, Hennie Mae Carmichael; Aunts: Cynthia Mascoe and Gail Barrington; and Grandfather, Acie Emanuel, Sr. He leaves to cherish precious memories to his Mother, Shelly Emanuel; Sisters: Kendra Emanuel-Gainey (Emory) of Dublin, Georgia, Akita Emanuel of Kissimmee, Florida; Brother, James Morris Emanuel, Jr, (Nohely Piedrahita - Special Friend); a Very Special Friend, Ashli Ladd of Nashville, Tennessee; two beautiful Children: Alina Emanuel and Javari Emanuel; Grandfather, Whitfield Barrington (Ackley) of Orlando, Florida; Grandmother, Mary Ann Wells of Kissimmee, Florida; Uncles: Andre Barrington (Wanda) and Stacy Whittington (Virginia), both of Orlando, Florida, Acie Emanuel (Gloria) of Kissimmee, Florida, and Calvin Emanuel of Kissimmee, Florida; Aunts: Pamela Barnes (Spencer) of Vidalia, Georgia, Ericka Hayes (Jarod) of Orlando, Florida, and Monique Emanuel-Davis; Nieces and Nephews: Tiyya Varnado, Treyven Varnado, Jasier Thomas, James Emanuel, III, and Jayse Emanuel, all of Kissimmee, Florida ; Godbrother, Jamirez Brinson; Best Friend/Cousin, Jalessa Barrington; Godsisters: Farnisha Brown, Na’Kyla Wright, Trimissa McCullough and Trisha Henderson; and a host of cousins, other loving relatives
