She attended school in Oakland and later moved with her family to Fort Pierce, Florida. After living there for several years, she relocated and settled to build a life in Orlando, Florida. Due to failing health, she was no longer able to work and she became a homemaker. Patricia had an active family life surrounded by her siblings. To know her was to love her, because she was a good person, with an equally good heart. She always got excited when she talked about her son, Johnnie Caldwell. She really loved him dearly. As a mother, there was nothing more fulfilling to her than her love for him. Patricia also loved her family deeply, and she often talked about how much she loved her niece, Vernesia (Pecan) in particular. Attending her last family gathering brought her immense happiness and joy. One of her biggest hobbies was playing Domino's, whenever she played, she won. On February 10, 2008, she joined, International Church of Faith, under the leadership of Bishops Willie and Mary Barnes. Through the years she remained faithful and later became the first church Mother. She and the members of the church were elated. Patricia enjoyed coming to church. She served faithfully with joy and was there all the time. The members of the church loved her, and she also loved them dearly. As her health began to decline, she became a resident of the South Orange Health and Rehabilitation Center, where she remained until her passing. In Witness to A Mother’s Love ~ On the day of Patricia’s passing, Johnnie called the nursing home to speak to his mother, and the Hospice Nurse placed the phone to her ear. Upon hearing his voice, she opened her eyes once more and then transitioned peacefully to be with the Lord. How astounding, it was to witness how the powerful bond with her son and the unfailing love of a mother was evident all the way until the end! Not many words were spoken, yet so much was being said. She is preceded in death by her parents, Edna Moss and Jessie Noble along with her Brother, Willie Caldwell. Patricia is survived by her only Son, Johnnie Caldwell of Cambridge, Maryland; Brothers: Edgar Noble of Kissimmee, Florida, Jame Noble of Winter Garden, Florida, Ronnie Noble of Apopka, Florida, and Bernard Caldwell of Winter Garden, Florida; Sisters: Minnie Noble Grandison (Ranford) of Leesburg, Florida, Mary Walker of Ft. Pierce, Florida, Patricia Caldwell of Winter Garden, Florida. Her other surviving family members are listed as they are fondly called, Natasha, Diondre, Vernesia, Lexus, Lil Ed, Jamal, Erica, Tina, Pattie, Poochie, Sherry, Delmon, Tony, Derick, Jessie, Little Droopy and Baby Ray; and a host of other relatives and friends.
